Notice that this Lego truck have a drive shaft. I have only found trucks with drive shaft that have black bottom. 
I don't know why it have not been made on more trucks. Maybe because the have to be glue on.
It's not home made because you can see room have been made for the drive shaft by the back wheels.
Please notice the Lego cars from Norway often have rims with different colors.
